    zabbix server and proxy

I was wondering if zabbix server and proxy have to be at the same version.
i'm running server 3.4.2 and proxy 3.0.7 now. Is that even possible?

    noticing the following error:
failed to update local proxy configuration copy: invalid field name "items.jmx_endpoint"

    Hello !

Both Zabbix 3.4 proxies and Zabbix 3.4 server are supported to work only with Zabbix 3.4 server and Zabbix 3.4 proxies respectively.

    regards,
    Kaspars

      Thanks,
I'll pickup my old hobby and start compiling 3.4.2 for debian armhf.
      That'll be a challenge

      best regards,
      Ruud

If so, on raspbian? Maybe as a deb-Package?

            Hi,
I've got 3.4.2 proxy running on my beaglebone black. It's been running for 4 weeks or so, without any problems. Not sure about quality and speed yet. I'm reading out one device. Did not have time to configure more.

I used the armhf packages from http://ftp.de.debian.org
It took me three evenings to get it up and running. But i'm a Microsoft guy. So i guess you guys will be done in hours.
I have created an image. If you have a beaglebone and are interested i could put it somewhere for download.
