Upgrade from 3.2.6 to 3.2.9 problem

I´m trying to upgrade Zabbix Server from 3.2.6 to 3.2.9 but I´m having problem when Zabbix starts the database patch to clean up the problem table.

My problem table is huge with more than 12 millions registers and I think that this is the cause, as Zabbix is not able to clean up the table and stops with this message:

[Z3005] query failed: [2014] Commands out of sync; you can't run this command now [rollback;]

Can anyone help me?

Hello Rodney,

I may try to help you.
12 mil rows is large, but not so huge table, it must upgrade without problems.

If this is still an unresolved issue - are there any errors in mysql.log file ?
