Zabbix agent on Zabbix server is unreachable for 5 minutes

I set up Zabbix Server 3.4.2 and Zabbix Agent on the same Ubuntu 16.04 server and since then I have been getting "Zabbix agent on Zabbix server is unreachable for 5 minutes" on the dashboard:

I've checked the conf files for both agent and server and, as far as I can see, they are set up correctly. I've attached both just in case I have missed anything.
    zabbix_agentd.txt: Agent conf
    zabbix_server.txt: Server conf

I checked the agent log and found this:
failed to accept an incoming connection: from 127.0.0.1: unencrypted connections are not allowed

I'm new to Zabbix so any help would be much appreciated.

    Hello !

you have specified to accept only encrypted connections in your zabbix_agentf.conf file

    ### Option: TLSAccept
    # What incoming connections to accept.
    # Multiple values can be specified, separated by comma:
    # unencrypted - accept connections without encryption
    # psk - accept connections secured with TLS and a pre-shared key
    # cert - accept connections secured with TLS and a certificate
    #
    # Mandatory: yes, if TLS certificate or PSK parameters are defined (even for 'unencrypted' connection)
    # Default:
    TLSAccept=psk
You must either choose TLSAccept=unencrypted, or set up encryption if you want to encrypt connection between Zabbix server and agent (makes no sense to me on localhost)

Encryption is important if your agent is sending sensitive data to server over some public channel

Here is Zabbix article about encryption
