I have configured the IT services piece to report my SLA based on a trigger for a particular host.
Three questions
1. Is there a way I can change the SLA length to show the report for more than 7 days?
2. What is the procedure for a host when I have planned maintenance that should not effect the SLA?
3. What is the meaning of planned / current SLA?
