Windows 2000 Dose not monitor the 2nd nic

Hi I have a vm server that i am running around 5 windows 2000 servers on they have 2 of the same nic i get the first to monitor but the others do not i have read other post about this but cant find any thing that works for the fix i need to get this right but im lost if any one can help thanks.

This is what perfmon shows

Network Interface(AMD PCNET Family Ethernet Adapter)
Network Interface(AMD PCNET Family Ethernet Adapter#1)

I have tride this.

PerfCounter=net_bytes_out1,"\Network Interface(AMD PCNET Family Ethernet Adapter _1)\Bytes Sent/sec",10

and this

The first show up as 0

The last one fails and zabbixw32 will not start
