We have a zabbix 3.2.10 server and a remote zabbix 3.2.10 proxy. We have been using the zabbix server for a while now without an issue. We have just added the proxy, our first.
To start on the proxy, we are trying to monitor a Cisco switch stack via snmp through the proxy. The proxy is set for passive mode.
The server and proxy are communicating, at least on some level. Some snmp information is being returned, but not all. For example, we see device information and the interfaces have been discovered. Admin status of interfaces is there, but *no* traffic data is returned?
And in the zabbix_proxy.log, we are seeing error messages:

I'm not sure what the "empty string received" means?
Hopefully someone can give me some direction on how to troubleshoot this further?
