CPU and Ram Graph with SNMP

Hi
i have problem with zabibx version 3 in CPU and Ram Graph with SNMP
i try install these templates

but i dont have any graph for memory and cpu !!!!
how can i have graph ?

You can graph anything in Zabbix.

Try going to Monitoring -> Latest Data -> to your Host -> behind your CPU Value you can click Graph

That is if you have configured your Host right and the Items are there
