Zabbix conditions - action does not work as it should

My action attached below sends notifications for conditions which are excluded.

For trial reason I made same exclusions via Trigger <> and Trigger Name not equal

Triggers and Trigger names excluded in conditions belong to hosts in hostgroup included.

The action should take place if

• item is not in maintenance
• trigger severity is more or equal to warning
• Host is in hostgroup xxxx-oncall
• Trigger or trigger name is not one or more of "condition" D to K

However action happens as if D to K would not exist at all....

This is driving me really mad - am I missing something?

It seems as if I have used false conditions.

I actually want to fire the action if each condition is true, i.e. if all steps in conditions match.

Now my conditions look like

A and B and C and D and E and F and G.

Let´s see how it works
