ZabbixW64.exe application fault on startup

I have a Win2003 64bit server with ZabbixW64.exe installed. Everytime the server starts I get the following logged in the Application log:

Zabbix Agent does start and does collect information but I hate seeing this message on every reboot (which is mimimal just disturbing!) Anyone else using the W64 version see the same issues?

It looks like the agent is not actually running, it runs long enough to start collecting and reporting information but then dies with the error above. I now have the 32bit version running on the server with no issues (other than I would rather use the 64bit version)
