All graphs for host on screen

Hi, I have problem bacause I can't find how to automatically create all graphs for one host on one screen. For example I have switch with a lot of graphs. I would like to create screen with all graphs with traffic on this hardware. At present I create zabbix and manually create every ports on screen. Is it possible to create it automatically using any plugin or scripts?
