Cant find zabbix postgresql database

Hello,
I lost the zabbix server and the postgresql database but have a data directory.
But when I copied all the files to /var/lib/pgsql/9.4/data unfortunately havent seen the zabbix database name.
Is there any method to recover zabbix database name and the content?

Is the PG cluster up and running? If so, take a look at the pg_hba setting and the postgresql log.
