Zabbix macro beeing resolved and showing sensitive data like login credentials

Hi,

I noticed that if I login as a user with read permissions that I can view values of macros when I select "show details" at "Monitoring" -> "Latest data"

Is there any way to make sure users with read only access can not see sensitive data that is stored in the macros?
