    Cannot access http://MyIp/zabbix !

    Hello people of zabbix forum,

So i was testing out the zabbix on the CentOS 7 for our datacenter.
I have taken the steps from the download and install page. Installations went fine. but when i got to the step that told me to access the zabbix frontend, i was surprised to find nothing.

So i was wondering if something went wrong in the configuration files?

I hope someone can help me with this issue i am facing.

Make sure port 80 is open to the IP you are coming from. This is a typical issue for new installs.

please note your selinux status. I needed to disable it to get Zabbix front-end to work on CentOS 7.

Hi, I have the same problem

        SeLinux has been disabled

        [root@zabbix zabbix]# sestatus
        SELinux status: enabled
        SELinuxfs mount: /sys/fs/selinux
        SELinux root directory: /etc/selinux
        Loaded policy name: targeted
        Current mode: permissive
        Mode from config file: disabled
        Policy MLS status: enabled
        Policy deny_unknown status: allowed
        Max kernel policy version: 28

        And port 80 is open

        [root@zabbix zabbix]# telnet localhost 80
        Trying ::1...
        Connected to localhost.
