I have installed zabbix 1.1.6 on Fedora core 6 with apache 2.2 , mysql 5 , php 5, I have disable SELinux but still i am unable to logon using Admin user. Please advice what steps need to be done.

Right off the bat, it sounds like you do not have DB access. From the machine that the UI is running on, try to connect to the DB with the information from the UI configuration, found in include/db.inc.php.
If that works, check your capitalization for the username, it is 'Admin'. If that fails, check the password you are using, the default password is blank.
