[init.d] Scripts openSuSE 10.2

can I use the SuSE 9.3 scripts for my openSuSE 10.2 system? Or do I have to change some values, etc?

You should be fine. I've been using a SuSE 9.x init script I picked up from the cookbook on some sles 10 servers, and haven't noticed anything odd with it.
