Problem with 1.1.6 Action trigger name matching.

I am having a problem when I set up actions. I have a trigger that checks that a host's icmpping is not equal to 1 or that the icmppingsec is not higher that 250ms. This trigger is on all my hosts and I would like to be able to set up actions that ignore this trigger. When setting up the action I tell it to look for triggers that have status "on" but have a name that is not like the name of my ping trigger.

ie) An example of my trigger on action
Trigger value = "ON"
Trigger description not like "Server Ping Response Check on"

The problem is that when my ping trigger trips this action is still called even though I have excluded it. Have I missed something stupid
