Empty graphs when some hosts become unavailable

    Hello,
I have a zabbix server set up in my network. The zabbix server has two network cards (let it be net1 and net2) and there're hosts monitored in both directions.
When all the hosts are available - everything works fine.

But when a host from net1 goes down, zabbix server seems to stop receiving data from the hosts located on the net2 side of the server. At least, I get empty graphs, inspite of the fact, that the host on net2 is fully accessable and working fine. As soon as net1 hosts become available againg - zabbix returns to normal functioning.

    Any suggestions?

    Thanks in advance!

Look at the "Queue" tab. Inaccessible hosts may clutter the queue and there is not enough processes to query accessible hosts in time.

      Ok,
Next time this happens I'll check the Queue section.

      Thanks!

Today I was able to look at the queue when two of monitored hosts become unavailable.

You were right - the queue contains about 100 items to be updated. And I wonder what is the best way to avoid this problem. I looked through the manual, but as far as I can see - there were no such cases described.. Anything else I can read/do?

        Thanks in advance.

I've noticed that in the other thread about the queue problems Alexei suggested switching to active checks. I reconfigurated my system to use active checks, so let's see if it helps.
