Installed MySQL+net-snmp, can't find files after make

I'm trying to install Zabbix and I've reached the part where you need to configure the WEB interface but I can't seem to find the file db.inc

db.inc.php is under frontends/php/include.

I imagined you meant those except up until then the manual was very
specific about everything so I was'nt sure if it's a Typo or I'm missing files.
