Monitoring Win32 Restarts

I am having an odd problem. Everytime a server restarts, I receive two notifications. There is only one trigger with one action (no repeats). I am using the windows_t template ({HOSTNAME:system.uptime.last(0)}<600) with the action, trigger description = "Restarted". The date stamp on the emails appears to be about 10 minutes apart. Any thoughts?
