Error connecting to database [Access denied for user ''@'localhost' to database 'zabbix']
I'm changing from nagios to zabbix, and so far the installation seems more simple, I'm using FEDORA CORE 6, and i tried the zabbix install from their 'EXTRAS' repository.
it seemed the only thing i had to do is to create the DB (schema, data and images) and DBuser with all grants. Everything went ok, but when going to localhost/zabbix the message appears. The install webpage you state on the instructions does not appear. However, i saw the zabbix_server.conf file and it has the zabbix user, localhost and nopassword info...everything seems ok...
any help on this?
