Multiple items with the same key?

I'd like to be able to define multiple items in a single host that use the same key. For example, I'd like to monitor both the simple value and the delta for the same "UserParameter".

In 1.1alpha7 I get an error when I try and add an item to a host with a key that is already in use by another item on the host.

Thoughts?

I think i see what you are doing. I dont know if there is a solution to your problem. I doubt it is a software error, but more like a rule. I am sure Alexei could shed some light on that design decision. My suggestion at this time would be to create a dupliate host, and then configure one for real values and the other for delta. That way you dont have the same item on one host. Not much of a solution, i know, but it would work until an ultimate resolution is available.
