Shouldn't rules propagate to nodes?

Hi,

I have a server running on my localhost, and another on a node. When I make a discovery rule for the node, I see it in the drules table on localhost, but never on the node. Shouldn't the rule be copied over there?

Actually, I'm not seeing any traffic at all between nodes. What can I do?
