Name under Host Profile

Hello

Is it intentional, that under the profile of a host the name contains the template name ? If I edit this field, Zabbix will always set the template name again in it. The wrong entry shows up too under inventory.

I observed it the first time under 1.3.7 upwards after I did run the mysql upgrade patch on my 1.3.6 installation which failed. I believed it was a problem of a corrupted schema in my database. I deleted any entry of this field in the database, but the template name was still there. Is there somthing wrong in the php files ?

This applies to version 1.4 too.

My 1.4 works fine. In profiles I can edit the name, removing the template name and the change is remembered.

I am using a new database.

I tried it again and now it works ! Sorry for hurting with a wrong info. It is therefor intentional, that the template name is filled in automatically in the profil name of a device.

Sorry again, but I got the same problem again. If you create a host with a profile which has a template associatet and enter a name in the profile name field, that name is stored correctly. But if you edit the host record, it will have filled in the template name again. Alexei, can you confirm this ?
