1.0 -> 1.1 -> 1.4 : permission problems

Helllo,

I've been using zabbix for several years now and just upgraded to 1.4.

I've ran into issues with permissions.
First, I had to manually change user type for Admin account (from 1 to 3) but there are still issues.

As an example, there's an action (actionid=7) that Admin account can't edit. I get 'No permissions' when I try to change the url to edit it.

It would take a very long time to drop the database and begin from scratch so I hope there's a way to fix that.

Any idea of how to clear permissions to fix that ?

if someone has removed the user 'guest' with 1.1.x, visiting the zabbix site
ends up in an endless refresh loop after upgrade to 1.4.

user guest still there.

I ended editing actionconf.php and commented out some lines around line 84 to disable permission check, in order to remove this actionid. Probably not the cleanest way to handle that but it worked.
