zabbix 1.1.4 running on rhel4. this install has been running for many months with no problem, but we reciently discovered that we're NOT getting alerts.
originally our disaster alerts were sent to the sms numbers here. everything worked fine. then in testing this week we didn't get the alerts. so we changed to email and .... nothing..nothing in the logs....nothing in the email..nothing in the actions view.
BUT it does show up as an alert in overview, as a trigger and in the events view

my action is
Host = "avtech"
Trigger = "server room temp"
where do I debug this? I see nothing in the zabbix_server.log even with logging set to 4(debug)

but also i dont see actions at Monitoring->Actions
