Is there a good way to compute uptime % for a month?

I have worked on setting up the IT Services however with no luck as everything always shows 100%. Does anyone have a way to create a graph, display some text, or other solution that will display the uptime in a % of the total amount of time for that particular month?

I think that this could be probably be determined by polling the data inside the history table for a particular hosts' entries for host.status, then doing some math inside perl or something.

Is anyone else doing this sucessfully? if you are, would you mind sharing?

    Thanks,

    Kevin

It hasn't been confirmed yet, however some users reported wrong calculation of SLA percentage for IT Services. More information will follow. The problem (if any) will be fixed in 1.4.1.
