No action in Monitoring-> Action

I've created actions but none appear under Monitoring->Action.
Even for the pre-build actions on Discovery are not listed under Monitoring->Action.

For example I've created an action on discovery which is to add the discovered hosts to Linux Servers it works but nothing appears!
Maybe I'm doing something wrong with actions or triggers I don't know.

You actually want to look in Configuration/Actions. That shows all of the actions that have been created. Monitoring/Actions only shows actions that have been activated by a trigged (i.e. Email sent because server went down).

The fact is that even if actions are activated by triggers, they do not appear in Monitoring->Action.
I have already received emails and nothing appeared in Monitoring->Action.
