I was trying to use the mass update but I don't know if I'm doing it right or if it's a bug (or maybe I didn't understood the concept).
First I created a new template T_SNMPv2_MyCompany, and then linked it to Template_SNMPv2_Device. Worked fine.
Then in Items configuration view for the new template, and I checked all items and then clicked over the mass update button. I was redirected to the mass update form.
I'm trying to change the community name. So I selected it and typed the name that I want. So I clicked over the update button and zabbix tells me that it did it.
When I check the value, it stills the same.
If I do the mass update directly into the root template, the mass update works well.
