1.4.1 Graph Y Axis issue

Hello,

Hope someone can help. I have a graph issue with Y axis set from 0 to 100 for CPU Utilization. The max on the counter shows 99.5 and sometimes hits 100 on the nose. My problem is the region goes over 100 to maybe 120. It should never show over 100 if max on counter and graph Y axis is 100. Screenshot attached. IF anyone knows how to fix please let me know.

ZABBIX does not get all three values in the same time, that's why you see this.

Weird it almost looks like the tan portion is focring the green portion up by the same amount as the tan.
