Zabbix Agent problem running on Quad Core Intel® Xeon® E5335

We have server with following configuration and we are trying to make Zabbix agent work on this:

Quad Core Intel® Xeon® E5335, 2x4MB Cache, 2.0GHz, 1333MHZ FSB;
16GB FB 667MHz FBD (8x2GB dual rank DIMMs)
No Floppy Disk Drive required
8X DVD Drive, Internal, Half Height
1x6 Backplane for 3.5-inch Hard Drives
300GB, SAS, 3.5-inch, 15.000 rpm Hard Drive (hot plug)

C5 Integrated SAS / SATA, RAID 10 PERC 5/i controller

Windows 2003 R2 Server 64-bit

The agent should work on 2003 without any problems. I would suggest to double check command line and configuration parameters (file names!). No other ideas so far...

Are you sure your running the 64bit version of the zabbix agent? I saw similar errors on one of my win2003 64bit servers when I accidently installed the 32bit version of zabbix on it.

We sure that configuration is OK because we have more than 50 servers with Zabbix installed on it.
The problem is when I am trying to run the following command zabbixw32/64 help its crashing immediately.

BTW we have several server that are working with OS Windows 2003 R2 Server 64 bit and Zabbix 32 bit. Working OK.

I try to install Zabbix agent on yocto 3.10.98-poky-edison+
but I unable to install can anyone suggest any method to monitor yocto os devices
