Ping Host with simple check

Hi

Zabbix is reporting it cant ping a host and returns a value of 0. From the console of Zabbix i can ping the host.

I have tried SU zabbix and ran fping which reports host alive but it still returns the incorrect value.

Here is my Zabbix status
