Jabber Notification problem (hostname lookup failed)

im getting this error

2007.Jul.04 10:52:14 Jabber not sent calipso@XXXX

Subject: Server nsval1.XXXXX is unreachable: OFF Server nsval1.XXXX is unreachable: OFF

hostname lookup failed

in Media Types
my Jabber Identifier is zabbix@XXXX and the correct passwd for this account

is there any aditional configuration parameters? how can i fix it? i didn't find help in the documentation for jabber.

zabbix 1.4.1
portges 8.2
Centos 4.5

In domain xxxxx.xxx made IN ART records on xmpp.google.com.
Account [email protected] is real.
What's wrong? Where is that correct?
