The Bug is Back ??

The bug mentioned in this Thread PhysAdress SNMP value seems to be back again in 1.4.1
Can anybody confirm or fix this ?

Hm, so can you point out what the problem was ?
I am getting a value of 00-17-59-C4-72-80 with snmp walk on this interface, but the value zabbix gets is empty.

Item is defined as :
-SNMP V1 or V2 (no difference noticed)
-OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.2.2.1.6.1
-Itemtype alphanumeric = empty / int64 = 0 / text = not supported

Very strange behavoir Alexei, Item is supported but no Value displayed.
Maybe a problem with the string format or string termination.

It is supposed to work with item type 'String'.

i only have itemtypes
- numeric integer = not supported
- numeric (float) = 0
- character = returned value empty
- log = not supported
- Text = not supported

It is fixed in the pre 1.4.2 release. Please try and report if it works for you.
