I've got a problem with zabbix 1.4 sending all Actions (via Mail, sms or jabber) three times. Maybe there is a problem with my configuration, but I cannot find the wrong setting.

Ok, I think, I found the cause of the problem. I deleted some of the actions and created a new one for the same trigger and trigger value but with an other message and subject. When the trigger now comes true, I get the new message and three mails with the old message bodies and subjects. So there seems to be a problem with "ghost" actions? Maybe I deleted some Actions twice before causing the two old (unwanted) mails and than created a new one resulting in an additional (this time wanted) message? Is there a known bug or can anybody verify this problem?
The system was cleanly installed with CentOS 5 and Zabbix 1.4 without any updates or imports. I used clone to dublicate some of the actions but changed the trigger.
Where can I search for the possible dublicate entries in the mysql db?
"select * from actions;" shows only the newly created actions, no dublicates.
I allways used the same action name, maybe there is a problem?
