Problem with Installation - Accessing FrontEnds

I am very new to Linux (Fedora) and i have recently completed installing Zabbix-1.3.8.
I have done the followingg:
-Installed Zabbix in root account.
-Verified connection with MySQL database.
-Started the server and verified that service is running.

However, i have not been able to access the application from the Browser, nor have i been able to start the frontends.
Can someone help in getting started with configuring the Zabbix server.

Hi,
first update to Zabbix 1.4.1, 1.3.x is the beta tree.
Things to check:
1. Have you created the zabbix user?
2. Is the webserver running? Try http://your.server.adress/
3. Have you copied the the folder php inside the frontends folder to your webserver root directory?
4. Did you create the Zabbix databases with the sql script?
5. What happens when you access http://your.server.adress/theZabbixFolder/index.php?
