All ok but don't run

Hi,
I install zabbix 1.4.1 step by step user guide with all options (jabber, curl..).
When I do:
ps -A|grep zabbix
All process are ok and running. I'm sure that I did all steps like the manual says. But when in my web navegator I write:
http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/zabbix (where xxx.... is the ip server)

Appear Page not found problem

Any suggestion??
I revised apache2 configuration and all files .conf but I can't find the problem

The problem is that I have to copy frontends/php directory to apache2 directory.

All ok
