I just installed 1.4.2 and the Trigger Status screen is showing all of the triggers, regardless of status.

Ideas?

Note: "[Show all triggers] [Hide actions] [Show details] [Select]" vs. "[Show all triggers] [Hide actions] [Show details] [Select]" shows the same "list"
