1.4.2 zabbix_agentd/net.tcp.port timeout issue

with zabbix_agentd v 1.1.7, the 'connect' in the net.tcp.port check would be interrupted if the agent timeout value was exceeded and value '2' would be returned. This does not seem to be happening with 1.4.2. The agentd process will hang on the connect until tcp returns an error (connection time out). The data never seems to make it to the server.

The agent should respect timeouts. This issue is registered as a bug.
