    Auto discovery and graphs

    Hello,

First of all, nice work. Zabbix is looking very promising. While testing I ran into a bug (I think).

We auto-link a template to a host that is discovered using auto-discovery. This template has 4 graphs attached to it. However, when a new host is discovered, only 1 graph is available. Everything else seems to be fine. When manually adding a host and binding it to this template, all graphs are there.

    Zabbix 1.4.2, with mysql backend.

Just bumped into an SQL error that might be related. This occurs when I go to Configuration->Graphs and then select Group all and Host all.

    * Error in query [select distinct g.* from graphs g left join graphs_items gi on g.graphid=gi.graphid left join items i on gi.itemid=i.itemid while (g.graphid div 100000000000000) in (0) and ( i.hostid not in (-1) OR i.hostid is NULL ) order by g.name, g.graphid] [You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near 'while (g.graphid div 100000000000000) in (0) and ( i.hostid not in (-1) OR i.' at line 1]
    * mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource[/data/nagios/zabbix/www/include/db.inc.php:411]

Thanks, that fixed the SQL error.

It didn't fix the problem with the graphs & autodiscovery though. Alexei, is this a known issue or should I report it as a bug ?

Please try the latest 1.4.x from www.zabbix.com/developers.php. I believe this already fixed there as well.

I downloaded pre-1.4.2, but can't get zabbix server to run:

            ./zabbix_server -c ../etc/zabbix_server.conf

            then it just dies:

Thanks. Tried again, the problem is still there though, I still see only one graph instead of 3 on an auto-discovered host.

I tested this by removing all hosts and having autodiscovery re-add them.
