Is "IT Services" actually broken?

Hi here is a screen grab below:



How is the root showing 99.35% SLA while its dependants are both 100%??? When I click on "Graph" or the green bar neither show the 0.65% loss of service (I can provide additional screenies if anyone is unsure what I mean there).

Is this correct and I am interpreting this wrong? Has anyone got this actually working to a satisfactory level?

Nope, what you see there is what it has always been since I setup the IT Services stuff.
