1.4.2: New IT Service form needs be refreshed after clicking checkbox.

When you add a new IT Service in "Configuration->IT Services->root->Add service", if you check "Link to trigger?" checkbox, it do not appears input text for trigger unless you push "Add" button above ("Add" button it's supposed associated with "New service time" not with trigger, isn't it?).

I think that it is necessary some kind of refresh after clicking checkbox ...

OK, yes, I'm using IE 6.0.2800.1106CO.

I have tried with Firefox and it works properly.
