Availability is unknown

Hello, I'm a new Zabbix user. I installed it on FreeBSD. I tested zabbix_get and zabbix_agentd, they work fine. But in .../frontends/php I have a problem. When I add a host Configuration->Host->Create Host, I'm getting unknown host. For instance:

Host: Debian
IP: 172.16.10.10
Port: 10050
Status: Monitored

But the parametr Availability will have a value Unknown
It's my zabbix_server.conf

Hi,

Can you please let me know what was the problem with net-snmp as i too facing the same problem,Have checked everything but it is still showing hosts as unknown,Please help
