User Permissions - deny Zabbix Admin rights

Should it be possible, that a Zabbix Admin couldn't even has read access?

I tried it, but it seems so that it doesn't work. Read only is working, but if i deny the access to a whole group, the user has still read/write access to the hosts in this group.


Using zabbix 1.4.2

EDIT: Now it seem to work, but with another Group...

Now i created a group, add a user test2, who is zabbix admin and added all my host groups to the deny list.

test2 isn't in another group and has r/w access to all hosts...

Thats right. I reported this permissions issue in a post 3-4 weeks ago but it was ignored and not replied too.

I have given up on Zabbix in the last week after using it for the past year and have gone to the open source version of Hyperic HQ. Zabbix is nowhere near stable enough and the promised public Bug Tracker hasn't eventuated meaning that bugs have to be posted to the forum where they can easily get missed.
