icons in map always shows "off"

Hi all,

after some trouble getting the web-frontend work, zabbix runs on my gentoo-box. But i still have some problems and need your help.
I would like to use zabbix to controll some hosts in the internet with a simple ping.
So i setup some hosts and for every an item "simple_check" with key "icmpping". Last value in the latest data sections returns 1 (host_alive).
To see a graphical overwiev i setup a map and placed the hosts.

The problem is, that every host shows the icon for beeing "off" and green "ok". Why dosen´t it show the icon for "on"?

Now on alpha8, same with alpha7.
