    Node behind IP NAT

    Hello,
We have three Zabbix Server in a Node configuration. 2 of the servers are connected through a WAN and work fine.
But the third one is behind a Firewall reachable over Internet. This node has a private IP address (192.168.x.x) and therefor we have to NAT this server to be reachable across internet. We did a NAT for the Master too, to be reachable from the slave node.
The official IP Address are reachable with port 10051 from each other. (I tested that!)

When configuring the Master I add a new node (with the official IP Adress) and on the slave node I added a Master (also the official IP).

Then starting both nodes. But nothing happens. It's seems that they do not communicate to each other.
On the nodes that are directly connected everthing works fine...

Any ideas? Is NAT supported between two nodes?

    Thx a lot
    Markus

Distributed monitoring in ZABBIX 1.4.x requires communication initiated by both (Master, Child) sides.

ZABBIX 1.6 will require Child to Master connections only.
