Remote command not doing a thing

    Hi,

I have an alert set to fire off if the 'server has been rebooted' trigger has a value of true. The action is set to be a remote command and the command is

    <my server>:c:\program files\zabbix agent\runthis.bat param1 param2

Now, the command is accepted fine. However, when the server reboots, we get an alert generated by an email version of the above, but then nothing happens. The action page doesnt show that the remote command based action has fired, and the log on teh agent set (set to debug) doesnt show that the runthis.bat was attempted.

Is there something I am missing? The action should at least show in the action page of the zabbix server even if it doesnt correctly run the file on the agent, shouldnt it ?

We only have access to the zabbix agent folder on the agent server, and cant put a file in the root of the C drive as some people have suggested on the forum.

    HELP!
