How to make actions work right ?

I have setuped this action

Trigger = "Inquiero availability"
Trigger value = "TRUE"
Send message to Group..

But sometimes this action is sending message caused by another Trigger than that one I have configured ? How is this possible ?

Did I made some mistake somewhere ?

The Zabbix system monitoring works great, but we still have problems with actions...
