    DB connections leak?

    My system:
    postgresql-server-8.2.5_2
    zabbix-1.4.2_1,1
    FreeBSD 7.0-20071107-SNAP amd64

6 monitored hosts with 570 SNMP items.

postgresql configured for accept 100 connections.

zabbix dies several times per day:
8654:20071114:105316 Connection to database 'zabbix' failed: could not connect to server: Operation not permitted
Is the server running on host "localhost" and accepting
    TCP/IP connections on port 5432?

8634:20071114:105316 One child process died. Exiting ...
    8634:20071114:105318 ZABBIX Server stopped

postgresql working and accepting connection at this time.

    How I can debug problem?

    I have this problem too.
    FreeBSD 7.0-BETA1 + postgresql-server-8.2.4_1 + zabbix-1.4.2_1,1

      fixed

      sysctl -w net.inet.tcp.nolocaltimewait=0

also, disable pf for lo0 (set skip on lo0)
