first of all I want to say hello to the forum.
I have a problem with the connection to my oracle database.
I have compiled the libsqlora8 module. First i received some troubles at the compilation process. I copied the ORACLE_HOME from a database server to my zabbix server and after the the compilation processed well.
After that i configured zabbix 1.4.4 with the --with-oracle=/opt/sqlora paramter and that also passed well.
Now, when i am starting the zabbix server daemon i always receive the following error message:
Cannot login with credential/credential@database
The web interface works fine with the same credentials.
So, if anyone of you has an idea for me i woul be very glad.
I can't figure out if the error depends on the sqlora ora the zabbix_server.config. In the server.config i tried many notations but no one worked.
