For a windows agent use "proc_info" to gather process information.
See page 104 of the Zabbix manual for the options to use.
    With kind regards,

    Raymond

        Windows Process Memory Utilization

        Create Item
        Desc: Explorer Process Memory Used
        Type: ZABBIX Agent
        Key: perf_counter[\Process(explorer)\Virtual Bytes]
Type of Info: Numeric (integer 64bit)

This will give you total (RAM+Page File) memory a process is allocated.
Use perfmon (Start/Run/perfmon) to see what is available for your Windows version.
Right-click in bottom right area, click Add Counter. There are many combinations.
Select what you want to monitor from ZABBIX, click add and close.
Then Right-click in the same area again, but select Properties.
Select the Data tab, and the item syntax you need will be displayed there.
(It is not necessary to create a counter in perfmon to use as ZABBIX item, this is only to give you syntax.) Drop "\\machine_name\" from syntax, and insert between the brackets as in the above example. It IS case sensitive. Enjoy.

Kind of necroposting, but I steel would like to say:

Thank you! It works like a charm!
          Sincerely yours,
          Aleksey
